- If you don’t have the entire idea in terms of the details or design of your desired product, we will gladly support you during this process with our expertise and offerings for a finalized, market-ready production.
- If you have the specifics of your inquiry. We would require the dimensions of the product, the quantity, any printing required, the finishing requirements, deadlines, and any special delivery requirements.
- After we study all the given information with your requirements. We will get back to you with our quotation.
- When you confirmed the quote we prepare a visual proof and send it to you. If you ask for a real sample an unprinted sample can be sent without any charges but printed and finished sample will have a small fee for some products.
- After your final confirmation, we will start the production process.
- During the production process, you will receive photos and videos of every important phase of the production and in some cases we will need your further confirmation for some steps that is not usual.
- Also during this production process, the steps will be checked by third-party quality assurance and we make sure your product meet and even exceed your expectations.
- We ask for a down payment at the start of the production process with final payment on completion of the products before the dispatch. As soon as the products come off the production line, we package them up and organize your door to door delivery.
- If you are new to import, we will also help you with your customs procedures and clearance as well as assigning you a customs broker in case you need one.
